How to use CBD oil
CBD oil is taken by mouth. Shake the bottle, draw the dropper to the 0.5ml mark, and place the oil under your tongue; hold it there briefly before swallowing. That 0.5ml serving is the same measure on every bottle, from 1000mg to 12000mg — the difference between strengths is simply how much cannabinoid each serving carries.
How much you take, and how often, is a personal choice. We describe how to measure a serving, not how much to take for any particular reason, and we do not give medical advice. If you take regular medication or are under care for a health condition, speak with your own health professional first.
Store the bottle somewhere cool, dry and out of direct light, with the cap closed firmly. Our oils are for adults 18 and over.
