Because these are consumable products, any return is handled in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us promptly — within a reasonable time of delivery — and we will sort out a replacement or a refund. Please keep the bottle and its packaging so we can match it to the batch and its lab record.
